Falling in Love with Life

Ah – this fall has been fast and furious! I can’t get over how life has changed so much this past year. I haven’t done an update in a while, so here you go!

First off, the hubby and I spent so much of our summer back and forth between my Great Aunt’s convent and home. This picture is from her birthday! Darin made all of the sisters his famous stew and they LOVED IT!!! UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_649.jpg

I ended the summer with speaking at an amazing conference for Give That Girl a Mic ministries. I spoke on Abigail and it was such a moving conference on ALL levels! UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_40c.jpgUNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_40b.jpg

I had some amazing support there. I’m truly thankful for the women in my life!

Friends who worship together, stay together! #thankful

The fall was pretty darn amazing and filled with so much family, fun and LOVE! We also welcomed a new puppy into our little family! Bloggin’ world, meet Mistletoe Ferdinand Addis! He has fit right in and has brought so much love into our home!

As you can see, Holly LOVES her brother!

Family time is ALWAYS a great time! I love that our whole family will come together to show support for the littles in our lives! We enjoyed cheering on sweet Kenley for band!

I have a pretty awesome family!

Sister Celine came into town for a visit! I love her so much – I cannot even explain to you how important my Great Aunt is to me. She is my best friend and my hero!

Right before Thanksgiving, we were able to celebrate the holidays in such a beautiful way!!! We attended the Harvest Gala that the Sisters of Saint Francis put on to raise money for their convent. We had SO much fun!

It was nice to dress up a little and enjoy fall/winter festivities with our best friends!

Thanksgiving was super chill for us. We ended up just staying home with the pups and eating an amazing meal from the Honey Glazed Ham place! It was SO nice and relaxing. We hadn’t been able to just relax and enjoy family time (just us two) in a while!

How was your fall? What do you have planned for the Christmas holidays? I can’t wait to hear all about it y’all! Enjoy the season and enjoy family, life and LOVE!! God is good!

You can grab those cute snake skin boots from Shoe Dazzle! They are ADORABLE and so comfortable! And that cute sweater I wore on Thanksgiving at SHEIN! SO SOFT and perfect for snuggles and relaxing.
